Collection of tales
This collection consists of different pieces with different styles. Parts of it are written in a history book style. There might be parts of ʻAzudi History or older histories going back to Safavid and Zand eras. There are some tales and proverbs. Another piece is about military education. There is a record of a meeting about Shahi Bank in which Nasir al-Din Shah has been present and then a complimentary explanation about banks in general and how they work. The last part, Latayif and Zarayif, consists of jokes and tales and seems to be from Nasiri era.

Letter written by three architects named Haji Muhammad Isma‘il, Karbalayi Muhammad Kazim, and Ustad Aqa, to the chief of Sarduzak neighborhood, Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, asking for permission to build a shop, a door, and a hallway in front of the house of Bibi Husni Jan, daughter of the late [illegible]; along with permission note on the back, allowing the construction to be built on the land up to where it reaches the road

Deposition of Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya, 1906
‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma gave permission with conditions to Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya about managing the properties of the late Vakil al-Dawlah, which are owned by Umm al-Khaqan. The deposition mentions this permission can be revoked anytime by Farmanfarma. In addition, Husayn Muʻin al-Raʻaya cannot transfer the ownership of these properties to any foreigners.
